About this tool
SaaS founders and investors judge a business on a handful of numbers: monthly recurring revenue, churn, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost and how fast you earn that cost back. This calculator works them all out from seven inputs.
Enter paying customers, average revenue per account, monthly churn and expansion, CAC, gross margin and new customers per month. You get MRR, ARR, LTV, LTV:CAC, CAC payback, annualised net revenue retention and a 12-month MRR projection.
Common benchmarks are LTV:CAC of 3 or more and CAC payback under 12 months. If you're off, fix churn first: it caps every other metric.
